I FINALLY finished Minecraft Diaries the other day after years of putting it off. and it was AMAZING???? so now i have another aphmau hyperfixation. and im sad about it.

My 5yr old loooooves watching her and all this time I had thought she was playing with her friends in a Realm they built. This video has blown my non-gammer mom playing on a hand me down PS4 with her 5yr olds mind.

I loved all three seasons of minecraft diaries so much (I think season 2 is my favourite). I got so excited when rebirth started comong out. But then obviously it ended, and it also wasn't really what I wanted from it (I definitely agree with you there). You can clearly tell at the end of seaon 3 she was getting tired. The story was just going nowhere. She didn't know where she wanted to go with it (the same can be said for rebirth). It’s not easy to accept that something we love was left unfinished and forgotten. But now as a fan I get to turn it into what I always wanted it to be. I get to write the ending (and rewrite the whole thing because let’s be honest there are some serious plot holes in there). It's so much fun engaging with the community and making our own content

Minecraft diaries inspired me so much as a preteen I enjoy what it sparked in me so much. I think the end of season 2 was a good ending point. I do agree with you 100% and I like to think of the end of season 2 as the true ending and headcannon the rest or leave it be
